Calling all former members of Gourock High School

In August 2011, Gourock High School will close its doors for the final time. The pupils and staff will then join together with the members of Greenock Academy in a newly formed school, Clydeview Academy. August 2011 clearly marks the end of an era for the community of Gourock and the school itself. It also marks the start of a new and exciting future.

The current pupils and staff of Gourock High School are proud of its many successes and achievements. We recognise that its life, energy and history should be loudly celebrated as we reach the grand finale of the school.

We are eager therefore to hear from past members of the school (both pupil and staff). We hope you will share your experience of Gourock High School. So, we would invite you to come forward and tell us your story........we promise to share your memories with the local community in a series of events taking place in 2011.
