The school motto says that the reward for hard work is renown; the statement at the beginning of the school’s aims is that we will work and learn together, and the key word for us is the word ‘together’. Within the school community of pupils, teachers and support staff we like to build teams and to encourage everyone to work collaboratively. Our work then becomes more productive and more rewarding because everyone makes a contribution and everyone’s contribution is valuable.
